Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the packing slip is included inside.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
